Start a New Support Request

In an effort to better serve our customers and to more quickly and efficiently route support requests, we will now accept support requests online via our website. This will enable us to manage our requests even better while providing our customers with a secure, online, single point of access to submit a new request.

We just need a couple things to get started:

To submit your case, fill out the form below. To upload supporting files, please click the “choose file” button, find the file on your computer and select it, click open. File types supported include: gif, jpeg, jpg, png, pdf, doc, docx..

    In addition to any files that may be relevant a screen capture of any error may assist us in a diagnosis.  Feel free to take a shot of your screen with your phone and txt it to us at 512-237-7144. Or you can also use a screen capture tool on your computer. (Mac/Windows) Save your file and then attach to your support request here using the choose file button.
